Information handled

To send and receive text messages, the service processes the mobile phone number of the person messaging and the contents and delivery details of those messages. Consent and opt-out requests may also be recorded so messaging preferences can be respected.

How information is used

This information is used to deliver and manage the requested SMS conversation, respond to requests for help, and honor requests to stop receiving messages.

Sharing

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Twilio and mobile carriers process message and delivery information as needed to provide SMS service.

Your choices

You can stop SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. For help, reply HELP. Message and data rates may apply.
